I ate 2 back to back cheese/chocolate sammiches on toast. Jesus.
I decided to say good-bye to someone I care about. It is right, it is good and I stand by it. Now, it's written and it's outside of me. The words will help me. Words are power. I'm sad and upset but we go on.
